Our Industrial Design can be summed up as the art of synchronising a human with a product. There are many ways we interact with a product whether it is a emotional response to the shape. It may be the feel of the surface texture. It could be important that the product is comfortable to hold over a long period of time to avoid repetitive strain injury.

Products which are intuitive and simple to use will reduce user frustration. It must not be overlooked that many different types of people interact with the same design. These people think in different ways and resolve problems with different methods.
